What course do you tutor?
You can find our detailed course list here. If your course is not listed, contact us anyway. We probably have a tutor who can help you as most of our instructors hold graduate degrees in their fields.
What ages/grades do you tutor?
We tutor middle school, high school, college, and graduate – all ages from children to adult.
How did you get started teaching?
We have been in this business since 2007. We started doing this through the school and colleges back then, and now, major of the tutoring are all been provided online. We provide both Online and In-person tutoring.
Do you tutor test prep?
Yes we have extremely qualified tutors to help with standardized test prep including the math sections of the SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, MCAT, and many more.
Is online tutoring as effective as in-person?
Yes. Online tutoring can be even more effective in some circumstances because it allows students to get tutoring in their own homes where they feel comfortable and are free of distractions. If you live in an area where you don’t have access to high quality tutors nearby, online tutoring is definitely the right choice for you.
How much does tutoring cost?
We have all the rates by course level for individual and group tutoring — in-person or online. All demonstrated on our site. You can find pricing information for both in-person and online tutoring here.
Is there in-person tutoring available?
We offer in-person tutoring in select cities and are continually working to increase the number of locations for our in-person tutoring. You can find our list of tutoring locations here.

Describe a recent tutoring event you are fond of.
We do not have a single tutoring experience with which we have never been fond of. We have been enjoying tutoring for more than 10 years now. Our amazing team of curated tutors and the students we love to work with have always been a part that we are fond of. We love every bit of it.
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We never apply the same method to every student, but develop strategies unique to the position of every client. Tutors construct an individual assessment and evaluate progress to craft lesson plans accordingly. Our tutors share an experience-based capacity to communicate the material to those coming from different perspectives This allows students, no matter where they begin, to develop the techniques that confidently ensure success and excellence in their coursework, and examinations. Our tutors first approach the student > makes a scheduling as per the student’s convenience > presents at the exact time schedule > executes the tutoring at his best > and schedules the next session at the best time suitable for the student.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Finding a good math tutor can be essential to your success in school. Tutoring can do much more than just improving math grades. We would suggest to take time in doing a good research for the qualified and experienced tutors in your area who can match to your requirement in every possible way you expected. Find a tutor who can not only help you score good grades, but also improve your confidence, build your mathematical foundation, provide supplemental work, tailor lessons as per your needs, find you new challenges, bring a fresh new perspective in math learning, and make math more interesting. You will find these qualities in our tutors for sure.

What are the charging conditions and the refund policies?
We are always thankful to you for choosing Math Academy Inc. We are glad to have you on board! Please note that if you need to reschedule your session, let us know 24 hours in advance, otherwise that session will be considered as used. Please make sure that you are available for your scheduled session and at the designated time.
